How quickly can you return work?
I generally edit around 3,000 words a day and aim to return most work within ten business days, depending on current my client commitments.
What happens after I submit the quote form?
I’ll send you a copy of your quote, along with the current time frame for completion. If you decide to go ahead, I’ll send you an invoice from my business, Sammy Mac. After that’s paid, I will complete the work for you and return it as agreed.
How can I pay for your services?
I will raise an invoice and send it through to you. Full instructions on how to pay will be included and you can make payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, direct deposit, or PayPal. .
is there a minimum fee?
No.
Do you provide discounts?
Yes, for not-for-profit organsiations
Do you provide free editing samples?
No. However you’re welcome to send through a shorter document as a cost-effective way of trialling my service.
Are there any industries or types of documents that you don’t provide your services for?
Yes. I’m currently unable to offer services for:
Academia
Real Estate
